Jeff Martinez, Director of Finance

Jeff’s role is to provide financial oversight, as well as develop, build, and manage effective and streamlined administrative and financial systems. He was attracted to HSB’s mission and liked the idea of working with heartfelt and community-oriented people. Before coming to HSB in 2015, Jeff worked for businesses in hotel management, professional services, private equity, and media, as well as the non-profit sector. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Washington State University. His father was in the military and he is proud to be considered a “military brat.” Jeff enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and riding his bike in his spare time.
